The house is located on a pleasant street in a nice neighborhood of Velserbroek. The extensive shopping centre of Velserbroek can be found at 10 minutes' walking or 3 minutes' cycling distance. Here, you can go for your daily groceries, various shops, restaurants and other amenities. Within 10 minutes, you can cycle to the nearby Spaarnwoude, which is a beautiful, green area for walking, sports/golfing.The beach at IJmuiden (9 km) and Zandvoort (13 km) are also within easy reach here.
