My name is Alex Zörner, I am the Managing Director of the VLIEG Advisory Group. Together with about 70 passionate colleagues, I welcome you. We are VLIEG.

To expand and strengthen our Amsterdam office, we are looking for a Commercial Inside Sales Representative who wants to grow with us to give our clients the very best customer journey. We constantly want to exceed our clients’ expectations, and we need super good people to do that. You, that is!

We are looking for positive all-rounders: “Inside Sales-PLUS” employees with ambition. Just a note: if you work at VLIEG, you should definitely not feel too good about doing work at other offices as well. After all, at VLIEG, we do things together.

A positive character and a solver’s mentality is a must. Call it whatever you want to call it. We call it, “a don’t mooch but polish mentality.” Experience with Realworks (tasks and workflows) and/or local familiarity is a definite plus. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, have a sense of responsibility and are commercially minded: cross-selling is your middle name. Communication strong and of course you have integrity, are presentable, can work independently and have a customer-oriented approach.

Work:

  • Support the brokers in day-to-day operations.
  • Inform clients of our housing offerings and services.
  • Manage brokers’ schedules.
  • Ensure smooth administrative processing of files.

Job Description
As a Mortgage Advisor at VLIEG Advies Group, you will work independently and in very good cooperation with the brokers in the office. You advise (potential) customers focused on a long-term relationship. The client immediately feels at ease with you and experiences that you put all the issues in his/her best interest. Your knowledge of your trade ensures that you bring the perfect proposal for the client to the right party. You submit your application yourself using our power of attorney.

In collaboration with your colleague in the inside sales department, you will take care of the customer’s administrative processing so that you fully fulfill the customer promise. Speed, accuracy and efficiency is of great importance to the customer in this regard. For you, the customer is key and together with your colleagues, your goal is to exceed customer expectations. Realizing cross-sell and cashing in/directing commercial opportunities come naturally to you. You are open to coaching and improvement and are (positively) critical.

What we ask

  • Available immediately;
  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
  • Fully Wft certified and preferably SEH/EFA certified;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the profession;

In collaboration with your colleague in the inside sales department, you will take care of the customer’s administrative processing so that you fully fulfill the customer promise. Speed, accuracy and efficiency are of great importance to the customer in this regard. For you, the customer is key and together with your colleagues, your goal is to exceed customer expectations. Realizing cross-sell and cashing in/directing commercial opportunities come naturally to you.

What we ask

  • Available immediately;
  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level;
  • Diplomas WFT Mortgage Credit, WFT Wealth;
  • Preferably SEH/EFA certified;
  • Experience in the mortgage profession for example as an underwriter or commercial inside sales;
  • Work experience at an Intermediary is a plus;
  • You are open to coaching and improvement and are (positively) critical;
  • Out of the box thinking;
