Nikki Jansen’s passion for real estate was sparked while she was searching for her own apartment as a student. She took her first steps in this field working in the back office, after which she went on to develop her skills as a rental agent. Determined to expand her knowledge and skills, Nikki earned the necessary certifications to work in sales as well. She has now been working in real estate for over eleven years and has gained experience in various areas of the profession.

Nikki Jansen: “One day we were approached by a couple who had bought a more spacious home elsewhere. Their current home needed to be sold quickly, so the plan was to buy first and then sell. Their real estate agent was not local and had no office nearby, which resulted in a sales process that stagnated; the house was only on Funda and this led to panic among the owners. After all, nothing was happening. They asked us for help and to help think of a strategy. We determined different sales strategies and put the house on the market again and again. In addition, we actively informed people in our network. Before we knew it, the house was sold.

Our agent, Nikki, was fantastic—always clear in her communication, easy to reach, and she kept our spirits up until the right buyer came along. The office manager, Marieke, was also always a pleasure to speak with. Overall, we felt really well taken care of and would happily work with them again if we ever decide to sell another property.
