The appraisal process begins with an initial contact.
This is followed by an assignment to perform the appraisal.
The appraiser gathers the necessary information about the property to be appraised based on the client’s specific criteria. Next, the appraiser visits the property to perform a thorough recording and take photographs…. This recording is followed by a detailed appraisal report that, after being externally validated, you will receive digitally within a few business days.

An appraisal report is usually valid for six months.
This depends on the lender and current market conditions.
After this period, the value of the home may have changed, which will require a new appraisal.
