Together with the other party, complete the European Claims Form. Then send the form to VLIEG. We will process your claim immediately upon receipt. You can order the European Claim Form from us or

Need immediate help? Then call the number of the Emergency Center as listed on your green card.

Have the damage to your passenger car repaired at a selected repair shop in your area. Check your Green card for phone number or website.

If you are abroad when you need help, contact the Emergency Center as listed on your policy. Is there a missing or stolen item? Always make sure to report to police, hotel or tour guide.
Always fill out the claim form as completely as possible and clearly indicate if you will be sending any additional information or items. Always include the claim number when you post the data.
We also refer you to the obligations in the event of a claim stated in the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.
