Ik heb veel van mijn verzekeringen via Vlieg afgesloten en toen ik een nieuwe auto ging kopen was het dan ook de logische stap om hier een offerte aan te vragen;... daarnaast heb ik ook zelf op internet het één en ander vergeleken.Richard heeft mij snel een offerte toegestuurd o.b.v. hetgeen dat ik aangevraagd had. Doordat ik niet helemaal thuis ben in de subtiele nuances tussen verzekeringen en de prijsverschillen wat uiteen liepen heb ik gevraagd om een toelichting waarop Richard mijn wensen nogmaals inventariseerde om vervolgens aan de hand hiervan een polis op maat te zoeken waarbij ik weliswaar iets meer betaal dan via een online aanbieder, maar wel verzekerd ben van een goede service.Het afsluiten van zowel de nieuwe verzekering als het afhandelen van de vorige verzekering ging snel en ik werd netjes op de hoogte gehouden, ook toen ik na de aankoop nog vragen had over mijn nieuwe verzekering kreeg ik een snel, juist en volledig antwoord op mijn vragen.Samengevat ben ik ontzettend tevreden over de dienstverlening van Vlieg en in dit geval met Richards inzet in het bijzonder, ga zo door! 🙂read more
