With years of experience in brokerage, Romy is a permanent force within the VLIEG Advies Groep. She has been working at the Alkmaar office since 2022, where she started as a commercial assistant and has since grown to become Binnendienst Coordinator and Management Assistant. Her knowledge of processes, communication and customer contact makes her indispensable to both colleagues and customers.
Romy is organized, quick-witted and has a natural way of switching between details and outlines. She makes sure everything is right, even when things are busy. And perhaps most importantly, she always remains friendly, professional and approachable. Customers feel heard and helped, colleagues know they can rely on her.
Beyond her work, Romy is committed and independent, with an eye for what others need. She thinks ahead, is proactive and enjoys working together to provide optimal service.

Romy is the spider in the web at the Alkmaar office. She is an important link in structuring and improving internal processes, streamlining communication between departments and supporting the management.
As Management Assistant, she takes care of the planning, reporting and preparation of management meetings. At the same time, as the office coordinator she keeps an overview of the daily affairs within the brokerage and supports the brokers where necessary. She combines strategic insight with practical action.
Because of her broad experience, among others at Hoekstra & Van Eck Makelaars and Sopar Makelaars, she knows exactly what is going on within a real estate agency. She brings this experience to VLIEG on a daily basis, where she contributes ideas on improving customer processes, work structure and team support.

Tegelijkertijd zijn we met Esther Mostertman van VLIEG in gesprek gegaan om onze woonwensen te bespreken.
