In both sales and purchases, Natascha works closely with the real estate agents to ensure that everything goes smoothly and clients are kept well informed. The goal of her duties is always to put the home on the market as well as possible and attract serious clients. When buying, she makes sure that enough information is available so that the offer can be placed correctly.

What makes you happy?

Natascha derives great happiness from her family and the warm home she has created with her family. She is proud of her home in Haarlemmermeer and often calls it the most beautiful place. In the workplace, she gets happiness from a nice, relaxed collaboration where everyone can be open and grow together. Outside of work, Natascha enjoys quality time with her family and friends, and she loves city trips and long-distance travel.

What is your greatest success story?

Natascha is proud of the fact that, just before her 50th birthday, she took the step to choose a job that has always attracted her – in real estate. It is a nice success for her that she was able to change her career at a moment in her life without playing it safe. She is glad she took this step and is excited about her work at VLIEG.

Her job is to take care of all administrative matters surrounding the purchase and sale of homes and to support clients in a friendly and efficient manner. Sinds maart had ik besloten om te oriënteren op een koop-woning. Al snel kon ik terecht bij Omar voor een hypotheekadvies gesprek. Ik was door Omar snel op de hoogte...wat ik wel en niet kon kwa budget. Eenmaal ik serieus wilde rondkijken werd er een gesprek georganiseerd met Esther, de aankoopmakelaar, door de samenwerking met Omar en Esther heb ik uiteindelijk heel eenvoudig en snel (toen ik er eenmaal voor wilde gaan) een prachtig appartement kunnen kopen in Haarlem. Wanneer ik vragen had en Omar of Esther waren niet beschikbaar konden Birgit en Marieke mij ook meteen helpen. Mocht ik weer iets anders willen kopen zal ik zeker weer VLIEG overwegen.
