The story behind Sacha
Sacha’s interest in real estate has been around for many years.
She always watched programs about houses and even considered becoming an architect.
Her interest in brokerage increased again when her grandparents’ house in Haarlem had to be sold, with the help of a broker from VLIEG Haarlem.
After studying accountancy, she noticed that days behind a computer without contact with people did not make her happy.
The social aspect was missing.
She contacted Nikki, her grandparents’ broker, and asked about opportunities in real estate.
Her enthusiasm was contagious; two months later she decided to take the plunge into brokerage.

As office manager, she makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly.
From scheduling appointments to administrative tasks: she takes care of it all.
Clients can always come to her with their questions and she is also studying to become a real estate agent.

In addition, sports are important to her; she played hockey for years and can now often be found in the gym.
What is Sacha's greatest success story?
One of Sacha’s finest moments at VLIEG was her start-up period.
She worked a lot with colleague Floor, but when Floor temporarily moved to VLIEG Alkmaar, Sacha had to work independently.
Despite her short time at VLIEG, she picked up everything well.
This showed her determination and ability to take on challenges.
Sacha believes that her best moments are yet to come, now that she will soon really start working as a real estate agent.
Furthermore, she finds the team of VLIEG Amsterdam in itself is a success story.
It is a super fun team where everyone is different and that clicks very well with the cooperation.
