Bart van Heijst is Financial Advisor at VLIEG Makelaars in Heerhugowaard. He does his job with great pleasure and enthusiasm. Since October 2025 he strengthens the team and helps customers realize their housing wishes.

Bart lives in Hensbroek, where he settled in early 2025 after moving from Zaandam. Besides his work, he is active as a Bevelvoerder with the Obdam Fire Department, part of the North Holland North Safety Region. He also enjoys cycling on his road bike or mountain bike, motorcycling and camping.

Sinds maart had ik besloten om te oriënteren op een koop-woning. Al snel kon ik terecht bij Omar voor een hypotheekadvies gesprek. Ik was door Omar snel op de hoogte...wat ik wel en niet kon kwa budget. Eenmaal ik serieus wilde rondkijken werd er een gesprek georganiseerd met Esther, de aankoopmakelaar, door de samenwerking met Omar en Esther heb ik uiteindelijk heel eenvoudig en snel (toen ik er eenmaal voor wilde gaan) een prachtig appartement kunnen kopen in Haarlem. Wanneer ik vragen had en Omar of Esther waren niet beschikbaar konden Birgit en Marieke mij ook meteen helpen. Mocht ik weer iets anders willen kopen zal ik zeker weer VLIEG overwegen. Op aanraden van vrienden zijn wij bij Hans Zeegers van VLIEG uitgekomen. Na een prettig kennismakingsgepsrek, waarbij we onze financiële situatie konden bespreken, wist...Hans al heel snel een plan van aanpak voor ons uit te stippelen om ons zo snel en goed mogelijk aan een passende hypotheek te helpen.

Tegelijkertijd zijn we met Esther Mostertman van VLIEG in gesprek gegaan om onze woonwensen te bespreken.

Wat wij als zeer prettig ervaren hebben is de begeleiding die we gekregen hebben in dit traject. Hans heeft duidelijk aangegeven wat van ons verwacht werd en hij heeft alles waar gemaakt wat hij ons beloofd heeft.

Wij hebben, tegen verwachting in, in hele korte tijd een woning gevonden en met tips van Esther de juiste bieding kunnen doen.
