About the location and the neighbourhood:
The house is located in the very child-friendly and green Kadoelen neighbourhood, in the district of Amsterdam-North. The primary school is just one-minute walk away, and there are several fields in the immediate vicinity. The house is at cycling distance between various shopping centres: Shopping centre Boven 't IJ, Molenwijk, Landsmeer and de Banne.

The location is ideal because both the city centre and the highways are easily and quickly accessible. You live here in the vicinity of the NDSM terrain and the ferry towards the city centre (12 minutes of cycling distance), various bus stops, the metro station, and the recreation and nature park Het Twiske (biking distance).
