Wendy Borst-Haakman is a committed and enthusiastic member of the new construction team at VLIEG Makelaars in Alkmaar.
Wendy was born and raised in Hoofddorp. The road to brokerage did not follow the beaten path for Wendy. She originally worked as a hairdresser. With a joke she once expressed that she wanted to become a real estate agent if she would do something else. What began as a casual remark grew into a serious ambition. She is now taking concrete steps into the profession and is taking the ARMT course.
What does Wendy mean to VLIEG?
Within VLIEG, Wendy works in the inside sales department of the new construction department. She supports the new construction team in their daily work and ensures that processes run smoothly. Her duties include drafting purchase and construction agreements, scheduling appointments and supporting brokers within the new construction team.
With her work, Wendy contributes to an orderly and pleasant process for both colleagues and buyers. The goal of her work is clear. A satisfied and happy new construction buyer always comes first. By providing structure and carefully arranging matters, she helps the team to achieve the best result.
Wendy sees her role as part of a bigger picture. Together with all colleagues, she wants to build and continue to build a strong new construction team. According to her, new construction is a joint effort within VLIEG where every department contributes to the end result.
