We are affiliated with the Makelaarsvereniging Amsterdam (MVA) the professional association of brokers in the Metropolitan Area (MRA) Amsterdam. Hellen was erg doortastend in de voorbereiding en tijdens de transactie. Kort op de bal en een helder plan. De grote hoeveelheid info die jezelf moet aanleveren (via move-platform), vraagt wel veel self-service en beheerskills op je documenten. Neem aan dat dit inmiddels de norm is bij alle kantoren.

Nadat we met meerdere verkoopmakelaars hadden gesproken, sprong Nick er meteen tussenuit. Hij was veruit het beste voorbereid en kwam met een heel realistisch en goed onderbouwd verkoopadvies. Gedurende het hele proces was de communicatie uitstekend, met name tijdens de spannende periode van de bezichtigingen hield hij ons perfect op de hoogte. Dit alles heeft uiteindelijk geresulteerd in een prachtige verkoop! Wij zijn enorm tevreden over de diensten van Vlieg en in het bijzonder over Nick. Absoluut een aanrader!

Had a fantastic experience with Jim, Geraard and Guido from Vlieg. Very professional, patient, transparent advice and you can tell their knowledge runs deep. We never felt rushed and the advice was tailored. They were also very sweet with our little toddler whenever we visited. Overall if you are looking for a fully fledged real estate company to guide you through the complex process of buying property, including recommendations to other peripheral requirements like contractors etc - VLIEG is it. Highly recommend.

Als je op zoek bent naar een goede makelaar om een woning te kopen in Amsterdam, dan kan ik VLIEG alleen maar aanraden. Ik vond het ontzettend spannend om mijn eerste appartement te kopen, maar Sacha, mijn makelaar, en Hans, mijn hypotheker, hebben mij ontzettend goed begeleid. Van het papierwerk van de hypotheek tot beslissen hoeveel ik ging bieden; ze stonden elke stap van het proces klaar met professioneel advies. Als starter is dat goud waard. Daarnaast zijn het ook heel fijne mensen, wat me op mijn gemak stelde. En niet onbelangrijk: ze waren vlot qua communicatie én kwamen hun afspraken na. Ik geef graag ook een shout-out naar de dames van de front office die altijd heel fijn waren qua communicatie.
