Seline Boersen is junior inside sales representative at VLIEG Makelaars in Alkmaar. She was born in Alkmaar and has lived there all her life. She has been working at VLIEG since February 2026, where she enjoys being part of the mortgage department. The mortgage profession is new to her, but that is exactly what makes her work interesting: she wants to learn as much as possible and grow within the organization.
The interest in brokerage arose from her passion for interior design and sales styling. In fact, in addition to her work, Seline has her own interior design business, in which she does interior and sales styling and designs and makes custom steel furniture. When she was looking for a nice job in which she could further develop herself, brokerage quickly came up. Through her search in the Alkmaar area, she ended up at VLIEG.
At VLIEG, Seline supports the advisors and handlers in the mortgage department. She takes tasks off their hands, helps customers and colleagues and ensures that files and appointments are followed up properly. Outside of work, Seline enjoys doing fun things, seeing beautiful places and celebrating life. She calls herself a real bon vivant.

Seline is an engaged and inquisitive force within VLIEG’s inside sales department. In the mortgage department, she supports the advisors and handlers in a variety of tasks. She answers the phone, answers emails, schedules appointments and completes files. In this way, she ensures that the process behind the scenes continues to run smoothly.
Her work revolves around overview, support and customer focus. By taking on practical tasks and being a good thinker, Seline helps her colleagues to assist clients in the best possible way. She has only just started at VLIEG, but clearly shows her eagerness to learn, tackle and grow within the profession.

As Seline has been with VLIEG since February 2026, her best success story within the organization is still at the beginning. Nevertheless, she is already proud of the step she has taken. She consciously chose a new direction, in a field that interested her but was still unknown to her. That step requires curiosity, guts and the will to grow.
What especially sticks with her is how quickly she has come to feel at home within VLIEG. She came in with the desire to learn and grow a lot, and finds that she gets the space to do so. Every appointment that is properly scheduled, every file that is complete again and every client or colleague that she helps further, feels to her like a step forward.
